A must for Olivia fans. She shares a lot of her personal journey to health and wellness and is filled with fresh, healthy recipes. Some of them easy and some pretty extensive where some ingredients may be hard to find. That would be the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I do love it though and look foward to making many of the dishes.
